dispersive Patterson map

1. Run FFT to generate difference Patterson map in CCP4 format をチェック， Plot default Harker map section with no coodinates とし，F1, F2 に Fpeak, Fremote あるいは Fedge, Fremote を選択する．
2. View Files from Job で *****.plt を選択してマップの Harker 面を見て，必要があれば Exclude reflections のパラメタを設定 する．しかし，案外全データを使った方がきれいなマップが得られるよ うな．．．
